7 helpful tips for your next trip

Hello friends, today I am going to give you very important tips for proper planning of a trip.

Generally what we do,  before two three month we plan a trip , choose date , book flight or train ticket , book hotel  and mark  the date in calendar. Everyday wake up, see the calendar and count the remain date.

Today I am going to tell how to ready with all the accessories, so that at the end of time you don’t have to run for small things. 

After book your flight and hotel , you have to plan for  the following checklist

• Choose your luggage       
• Your toiletry bag
• Your personal item bag     
• Travel document
• Your medicine 
• Travel security
• Home security 

Choose you luggage :

     Some time you go for a day but you take a big trolley bag with you, for that you have to stand in airport for check in or sometime you go with a big hand bag with full of stuff and keep the weight on your wrist.

 

Travel Bag pack :

  Choose a luggage which is light weight and hold all your essential. Choose according to your stay .if you stay for one day , a bag pack is enough which take your laptop, iPod ,toilet accessories and a pair of cloth.

If you stay more then one day then, then you plan according to your trip , weather it is a solo trip, family trip or trip with buddies.

Duffel bag :

 If you trip with buddies or solo then a duffel bag with wheel is the best option for you. Take it on your shoulder or put the wheel and go.

4 wheeler trolley :

   If your trip have walking long distance then 4 wheeler  trolley is the best option.it keep the weight off from your shoulder or wrist. for a family trip or if your personal stuff are heavy that can’t be taken in a bag pack, then you put all your heavy stuff in trolley and feel free from your shoulder pain.

After choose your luggage, its time to select your toiletry item for your trip.

•  Face wash, hair gel 
•  Deodorant , perfume  
•  Shampoo & conditioner 
•  Hair comb & hair dryer

If you take DSLR then a extra bag add in your list. Make sure that you really need the DSLR camera. If you are going for a business trip for one day and you know that you don’t have enough time to take picture ,a good smart phone is the best option.

Travel document :

 Put all your document in a travel document organizer. It will help you to ensure that everything you need is in one place. Your time will save.

• Personal id proof ( aadhar card , voter id card, driving license )
•  Passport

•  Health insurance
•  Travel insurance
•  Transportation tickets
